really sick and tired of working here, but the promises of better money temps me to stay here even though i really cant stand their working hours, attitudes and no knowledge of IT development process.
What really irks me is they cannot commit and ask me do this ask me do that to exploit me to the max when it wasnt what i was supposed to do when i initially interviewed for the job.
but for the sake of better money, i will stick for awhile , finished the closed projects, and see if they pay me as promised especially the morse one which i put in so much effort to make it happen.
the other projects , i will see how it goes.
focus on work , throw away social life and all emotions. work for a better future.
people dont give a damn , why care so much, dont care turn off the switch but, if want to switch it on in the future will be damn difficult.
but who cares.
